Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, group therapy, crisis intervention to clients presenting with primary behavioral health symptoms
• Develop and update treatment plans in accordance with licensing governing body
• Maintain all clinical documentation in clinic electronic health record system in
accordance with departmental and professional standards
• Implement evidenced based treatment modalities
• Participate in clinical team staffing as scheduled and/or as determined by client need
• Maintain accurate records and submit billing timely in accordance with clinic policies
• Actively manage caseload to meet individual productivity goals
• Maintain professional licensure and required trainings/CE requirements
• Maintain required trainings in accordance with Medicaid/Medicare standards
Required Qualifications:
• Doctoral or Master’s Degree in recognized behavioral health discipline
• Licensure at the Master/s or Doctorate level form the appropriate state board permitting the full scope of practice; PhD, PsyD, LPC, LCSW or LMFT
• Minimum of two years supervised clinical experience with a broad range of presenting problems and therapies
• Experience working with children, families and/or substance abuse certifications/specialties is a plus
• Emphasis on team oriented mindset
