Valerie has been working with individuals, families, and couples for the past 35 years. She obtained her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1988. She has dedicated her career to helping others live a life, free from fear, insecurity, anxiety, and depression. Through self-acceptance, self-discovery, and commitment, she helps her clients find their most authentic self.  

Her practice is small, private and judgement free.  Valerie welcomes clients wanting to challenge themselves, improving their daily lives and connections in life. Valerie’s years of practice and knowledge help her clients to feel confident, safe, and secure.  Clients find their experience with Valerie to be nurturing and supportive as they face challenges.
